With summer upon us, many people will be looking for events to attend or other activities to spend their time on.

The Buffalo Pound Interpretive Centre has some fun and exciting events taking place over the course of the summer that might be of interest. The events take place every day except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the times can range from 9 A.M. to 9:30 P.M.

If you are looking for a mid-week activity to entertain yourself, the Buffalo Pound Interpretive Centre may not have scheduled events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the park is still available with activities to keep you entertained. You can take a hike, borrow a park discovery pack, grab a Park Activity Book, or check out the interpretive Centre’s displays.

In addition to the activities available, there are also many facilities available. These facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a brand-new day-use pavilion, camp-easy yurts, a hammock campsite, the Visitor’s Centre, and the Aquatic Adventure’s inflatable water park.
