The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is warning Moose Jaw residents of an increased risk of COVID-19 exposure.

The SHA says a person or persons attended Brown's Socialhouse while infectious during the following dates and times:

  • Thursday, August 26: 12:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 28: 5:00 p.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Sunday, August 29: 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Monday, August 30: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 31: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

All individuals in attendance during these dates and times should:

  • immediately self-isolate and remain on isolation for 14 days from most recent date of attendance; and
  • seek testing for COVID-19 immediately.

Exception: If you have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, and the second dose was received 14 days prior to attendance, you do not need to self-isolate but:

  • Self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days from most recent date of attendance
  • If symptoms develop, start self-isolating immediately and seek testing
  • If you need to check your vaccination status, please access MySaskHealthRecord.

Self-isolation means you need to stay home, avoid contact with anyone who is not fully vaccinated (individuals who are considered fully vaccinated have received two doses of vaccine and are at least two weeks past their second dose), and stay away from work, school, stores, social events and any other public setting.
