SOUTHWEST - Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Thunderstorms are developing across portions of southern Saskatchewan this afternoon, some of which may become severe. These thunderstorms are expected to last until this evening.
One of these storms is in the Regina area, with 90 km/h wind gusts and quarter-sized hail.
Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury and produce tornadoes.
