Registration opening for YaraCentre's spring classes

Get ready to get fit this spring at YaraCentre! 

Starting April 15 at 6 a.m., you will be able to register for a wide range of fitness classes.

Offerings include: 

  • Be-YOU-ti-ful Spin with Angela on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:05 a.m.
  • Bend and Balance with Suzanne on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.
  • Body Blast with Rachel on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
  • Body Boost with Suzanne on Wednesdays at 6:05 a.m.
  • Cut and Curve with Angela on Tuesdays at 6:05 a.m.
  • Electric Circuit with Rachel on Mondays at 7:30 p.m.
  • Fireball with Suzanne on Fridays at 6:05 a.m.
  • Pedal Beyond with Angela on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
  • Silver Sweat (55+) on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.
  • Silver Stretch and Balance (55+) on Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m.
  • Silver Sneakers (55+) on Mondays at 1:30 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
  • Spin with Angela on Mondays at 6:05 a.m.
  • The Works with Suzanne on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.
  • Triple Threat with Angela on Mondays and Fridays at 5:30 p.m.
  • Pound with Char on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

Classes begin April 29 and will run for six weeks. You must register to secure your spot and you will need a valid membership before registering. A one-month membership is available for $56.75 for adults or $51 for seniors.

Drop-in rates for fitness classes are $10, or $3 for 55-plus programs.
