COVID-19 vaccine booking eligibility has expanded once again for Saskatchewan residents, with individuals aged 58 and older able to book their immunization appointments beginning on April 2.
Appointments for these residents will be available to book either online through the SHA website or by phoning the Vaccine Call Centre at 1 (833) SASKVAX (1-833-727-5829) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Residents aged 50 to 57 living in northern communities are also able to book appointments over the phone at this stage, as well as Phase One healthcare workers. People with underlying health conditions who are clinically vulnerable will be receiving a letter with instructions on how to book their vaccine appointments.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority said that this will be the last announcement of eligibility expansion until April 5.
