UPDATE:
As of 12:45 p.m., SaskPower is reporting that power has been restored for most of the city of Moose Jaw.
Outages remain in parts of South Hill, in the Rosemount area, and in the core of the city from Caribou Street going south. For areas that remain without, crews are still working to repair and restore outages. No estimated time of repair is currently available.

It is a dark and cold morning in Moose Jaw.
Much of the city is without power and has been since last night. Indeed, SaskPower has been dealing with power outages in several areas of the province.
Power has been restored in some surrounding areas, but Moose Javians continue to wait.
