If you see a police presence on Fairford Street today near the old YMCA, do not be alarmed.
The Moose Jaw Police Service will be participating in training exercises with the Regina Police Service's SWAT team today.
Most of the training will be conducted around Crescent Park, including the former YMCA building. Police officers, vehicles, and equipment will be in the area throughout the day.
The police have want residents to know there is no cause for concern.
The MJPS participated in a similar training exercise back in October.
