UPDATE: The suspect is now in custody and will appear in court on May 26.
The Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect related to an alleged assault.
Last night around 11:30 p.m., the MJPS received a report of an injured male laying in a downtown alleyway. He was located by police and then transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Through investigation, police conducted a search warrant on a residence where the alleged assault took place.
As a result, a warrant has been issued for Ryan Angus for charges including aggravated assault.
