The Moose Jaw Police Service is on scene near Mosaic Place in response to an incident in a nearby building.
Five police cars — including the canine unit and a ghost car — plus an ambulance were in the alley when the Moose Jaw Express arrived to take pictures. A member of the force's Police and Crisis Team (PACT) could be seen near one vehicle, while several officers were walking in the alley and into the Maybee Apartments, which was formerly the Allan-Cumming Department Store. One officer was seen looking through a black backpack on the ground, plus a yellow/white groundsheet with what appeared to be a red blood stain.
