Person located by police, treated for hypothermia

The individual had left a residence prior to the police's arrival and was not dressed for the cold weather

On Saturday night police responded to a call regarding a dispute on the 1200 block of Athabasca St. West. 

One person related to the dispute had already left the residence. According to police, the individual was on foot, allegedly intoxicated, and improperly dressed for the weather.

With the help of the K9 unit, police were able to track and locate the individual, who was found hiding in a field.

The person was transported to hospital by EMS and treated for hypothermia.

No other details have been released.
