People 72 and older can now book vaccines as eligibility expands

The rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations continues in Saskatchewan.

As of 8 a.m. this morning, the Saskatchewan Health Authority Patient Booking System has expanded and will now include individuals 72 years of age and older.

Those eligible can book their appointment online 24/7 using their health card at www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19-vaccine, or by calling 1-833-SASKVAX (1-833-727-5829) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. Please note the SHA says that booking online is the fastest way to book your appointment. 

If necessary, you can have a family member or friend book the appointment for you. 

Over 22,000 people ages 76 and over have already booked their vaccine shot.
