The Moose Jaw Police Service has arrested a 38-year-old woman in connection with an alleged stabbing that left another woman with serious injuries.
The police service responded to a call about a stabbing in the northwest area of the city, a news release explained. When police arrived, they found a 43-year-old woman with non-life-threatening injuries. EMS transported the victim to the hospital and is in stable condition.
Police arrested the 37-year-old female in connection with the stabbing and charged her with aggravated assault. She will appear in provincial court on Feb. 11.
The police service continues to investigate the incident.
