Nature Saskatchewan is a non-profit charitable organization that promotes an appreciation and understanding of nature through conservation, education, and research. The organization is currently accepting nominations for board members.
Candidates should have a passion for nature and the right balance of knowledge, skills, and experiences that will benefit the organization.
Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in the not-for-profit sector. Applicants should have experience or skill in at least one of the following areas:
- board governance
- communications/journalism

- education
- environmental law
- facilitation
- financial management
- fundraising
- government experience
- human resources
- nature conservation
- non-profit organization experience

The list of committees includes: awards, conservation, finance, fund development, lands, nominations, personnel, policy review, resolutions, scholarship, and strategic planning.
Board members are elected at the annual general meeting held each year in June and serve two-year terms.
