Warriors forward Josh Hoekstra celebrates his second-period goal against Regina.

The Moose Jaw Warriors started the week out in solid fashion but couldn't keep the momentum going, posting a 1-3 record through four games.

The Warriors kicked things off on Monday, Apr. 19 with a 5-2 victory over the Prince Albert Raiders in one of their more solid showings of the season and nearly followed up with another big win before dropping a 6-5 overtime decision to the Winnipeg Ice on Wednesday, Apr. 21.

That would be the end of the positive news, though, as Moose Jaw would drop a listless 4-1 decision to the Regina Pats on Friday, Apr. 23 before closing out the week with another tough loss, this time 4-2 to the last-place Swift Current Broncos.
