Tornado reported near Mossbank, storm tracking northeast

At 4:41 p.m. Central Standard Time Sunday, Environment Canada has issued a tornado warning for South Central Saskatchewan.

Extra care and attention should be exercised in and around the following localities: Assiniboia, Mossbank, Ardill, Gravelbourg, Bateman, Mazenod, Palmer, Vantage, Lafleche, Woodrow, Melaval, Limerick and Congress.

A 5:00 p.m., a critical warning was issued as tornado spotters had reported a tornado on the ground south southwest of Mossbank.

Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.
