The Moose Jaw Police Service has arrested one Moose Jaw man in an investigation on Oct. 5, which resulted in the seizure of $3,000 worth of methamphetamine alongside a firearm and loaded magazine.
MJPS seized the drugs during a vehicle stop and search on Oct. 5 in the northwest area of the city, according to a press release. One male was arrested during the stop, which led to a search of a residence in the central area of the city, where MJPS found the firearm and magazine.
Jason Fudge has been charged with a number of weapons offences, as well as with possession of crystal meth for the purpose of trafficking, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon.
The MJPS has remanded Fudge, who will appear in court on Oct. 7.
