Composting is a great way to reduce waste. Compost is full of nurtients and, when mixed with soil, it can revitalize your garden.

Want to get started but don’t know how?

Fortunately, this Thursday at 2:30 p.m., the Moose Jaw Public Library will host a Composting 101 program, with special guest Jenna Drinnan.

You will hear all about choosing a bin, the materials required to compost, how to maintain a compost bin, and how you can take advantage of your efforts.

The program is offered free of charge, so be sure to check it out!
