The Moose Jaw Public Library (MJPL) is heading into its final month of summer and it isn’t too late to try out their warm-weather programs before winter settles oppressively over the city again.
Tech Time is a new program primarily facilitated by James Miller, one of the tech experts at the MJPL.
Anyone who wants help with understanding technology of any kind can sign up and get help with almost any device.
“So, the concept we’re working with right now is that a patron comes in and makes an appointment, whether by email, phone, or in person, and then they meet with me one-on-one,” Miller explained. “And I take them through whatever task they want to work on.”
Miller was hesitant to claim that he could help with every device out there, but he’s confident he can handle most needs, including basic device functions such as email, texting, or changing a wallpaper.
“Any of that kind of stuff, or just general knowledge of how to work their device,” Miller said.
Call the MJPL at 306-692-2787 to request a Tech Time appointment.
