Judge Daryl Rayner issued three warrants for people who failed to attend Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Sept. 6, which means police will personally escort these no-shows when they next appear.

Rayner issued warrants for Nicole Boughner, Kevin Ryan Albert Champ and Dustin Ray Tatinger.

Boughner is accused of one count of theft under $5,000.

Champ is charged with 13 offences, including possessing, using or trafficking a credit card or forged or falsified credit card, knowing it was obtained, made or altered (four counts); theft under $5,000; breaching an undertaking (four counts); breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence; and failing to comply with an undertaking (three).

Tatinger is charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime while committing an indictable offence and one count of breaching an undertaking.

All of the accused are considered innocent until proven guilty or they plead guilty to one or all of their offences.
