Despite the rainy weather earlier in the day, the Hometown Fair Parade will begin on schedule as previously planned.
The parade will begin at 7pm, and proceed down Main Street. Organizers are keeping an eye on the weather radar, but see no potential disruptions coming this way.
The theme this year will be "Candy Land" and there will be many colorful floats and local groups joining the procession to kick off the annual Hometown Fair weekend.
