According to public health, an outbreak is confirmed when two or more individuals who are linked to a public setting or event test positive for COVID-19.

The outbreak was declared on April 28, and it is currently unknown how many cases have been reported.

For the first time since the end of March, Cornerstone Christian School is no longer listed as an active outbreak.

Central Collegiate is also reporting one new positive case on April 26.

The cases at St. Michael’s make the facility the third school in Moose Jaw to report positive cases since last week.

Contact tracers will be in contact with anyone who may have been exposed in relation to the new outbreaks.

Public health reminds residents to continue to practice the recommended safety measures and contact HealthLine 811 if COVID-19 symptoms appear.
