On Oct. 30 the Moose Jaw Police Service executed a search warrant on a local residence as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

Upon arrival, police arrested an adult male leaving the residence who was allegedly in possession of cocaine and Canadian currency.

As police then executed the search warrant, they found another male inside. Police say they also discovered cocaine. Officers seized the cocaine, which is said to have an approximate street value of $9,000.

Police also seized $33,000 in Canadian currency.

Police have charged Emanuel Amha of Calgary with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and proceeds of crime under $5,000. They have also charged Thiong Lual Thiong of Calgary with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and proceeds of crime over $5,000.
