Building permit values from city hall just topped the $3 million mark in May.
Leading the values was a $750,000 office building for Church and Halvorson Accounting at 39 Lancaster Road in Grayson Business Park.
A $200,000 motor vehicles shop room renovation for Knight Ford Lincoln on Thatcher Drive East was $200,000.
The long-awaited mini-distillery took a permit for 1300 Lakeview Road worth $239,400.
Rounding out commercial permits was a $280,000 solar panel installation by the city on Mosaic Place and $25,000 for renovations at the Church of God, 52 High Street West.
Five new single family residences added $1.95 million to construction values with two of the homes over $500,000. Robinson Contracting is building four with one by Horizon Homes.
Demolition permits were approved for 958 Athabasca Street West and 840 Hochelaga Street East.
Comparable building permit data was not provided by the city.
