Residents and staff of Chez Nous Senior Citizens Home will soon receive the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
Chez Nous says it has been informed by Moose Jaw Public Health that it is scheduled to receive the vaccine on Feb. 20 between 1:30 and 4 p.m.
Please note that consent forms must be filled out if you wish for a family member currently residing at Chez Nous to receive the vaccine. Immunizations will not be provided without a returned consent form.
