The Holy Trinity Catholic School Division moved its board office to a new location on Athabasca Street East and now wants to subdivide the property from the larger St. Margaret School property on Sixth Avenue Northeast.

That goal is one step closer to happening, after city council voted unanimously during its Aug. 26 regular meeting to subdivide the property.

The property is currently zoned as CS community services/institutional. There is no proposal to change the zoning at this time, according to a report from city administration. The building and property already have their own servicing, access and parking off Sixth Avenue Northeast.
