It is an annual tradition that features timeless music performed by impressive local talent. Briercrest Onstage will once again present its popular Classical Concert on Sunday at 7 p.m. at St. Andrew’s United Church.
The year’s concert will feature performances of select oratorios and sacred music. In particular, the evening will include a performance of Haydn’s Creation. All pieces will be performed in English by the Briercrest College Singers, Resonant, and Orchestra.
Haydn’s The Creation tells the Genesis story from the Bible, detailing everything from the creation of light to the creation of man and woman.
It is sure to be an evening of beautiful music, so don’t miss out.
