Moose Jaw Police are asking residents to stay clear of the area surrounding 8th. Ave. N.E. and Stadacona St. E. this afternoon, on July 18, due to an ongoing police operation.
The nature of the operation has not been disclosed.
Moose Jaw Express/MooseJawToday.com was on scene but police maintained a perimeter and asked that nobody enter the area until further notice.
At least five cruisers were deployed with an additional cruiser blocking access along Stadacona St. E. The Tactical Response Team is also believed to be present at the scene.
