The subject for Big Country Toastmasters' Sept. 27 meeting was storytelling and folklore.
Guest speaker Dr. Caren Neile gave an informative presentation during the meeting, and touched on topics ranging from an introductory taste of Japanese storytelling down to an analysis of folklore's role in contemporary society.
