Earlier this morning, the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to a call regarding an alleged break and enter on the 800 block of Stadacona St. East.
Police say the suspects fled the scene in a stolen vehicle, only to later be involved in a two-vehicle collision on the 700 block of 10th Avenue N.W. No one was hurt in the accident.
Once again, the suspects allegedly fled — this time on foot — but were soon arrested, with the help of the MJPS Canine Unit.
Both male suspects were charged with:
- break and enter;
- possession of a stolen vehicle;
- failing to remain at the scene of an accident;
- possession of a prohibited weapon;
- drug and driving-related offences.
