The new cases are located in the following zones: Saskatoon (85), Regina (83), North Central (48), North West (44), South East (37), South Central (33), Central East (32), South West (23), Far North West (18), North East (17), Central West (12), Far North East (11), and Far North Central (1) with 26 pending residence.

There are five new deaths to report today. The provincial total is now at 700.

There are 470 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on October 1, 2021. 

The new cases are located in the following zones: Saskatoon (85), Regina (83), North Central (48), North West (44), South East (37), South Central (33), Central East (32), South West (23), Far North West (18), North East (17), Central West (12), Far North East (11), and Far North Central (1). 

Seventeen of the 33 new cases in the South Central are located in the South Central 2 sub-zone, which includes Moose Jaw and area.

Twenty-six cases are pending residence information.
