There are 231 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on October 23, 2021.

The new cases are located in the following zones: Saskatoon (48), Regina (43), South East (24), North Central (22), Central East (20), North West (17), Far North West (14), North East (11), South West (9), Far North East (6), South Central (3) and Central West (1).

One of the 3 new cases in the South Central are located in the South Central 2 sub-zone, which includes Moose Jaw and area.

Thirteen cases are pending residence information.
