There are 223 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on October 27, 2021.

The new cases are located in the following zones: Saskatoon (54), Regina (35), South East (24), Central East (23), North West (18), North Central (18), Far North West (15), Far North East (9), South Central (5), North East (3), South West (3) and Central West (1).

Five of the 5 new cases in the South Central are located in the South Central 2 sub-zone, which includes Moose Jaw and area.

Fifteen cases are pending residence information.
