The first Hometown Fair in two years returns to Moose Jaw’s Exhibition Company grounds, including a daily midway operated by West Coast Amusements, the four performances of the RCMP Musical Ride, and the Hometown Parade.
The Hometown Fair officially begins the evening of Wednesday, June 22 with the parade from 7 to 8 p.m.
The parade will begin on Civic Centre Drive before merging onto Main Street heading south, and will end at Manitoba Street.
All entertainment is included with the daily gate admission fees: Children six and under are free; adult admission is $15; students and senior admission is $10. Midway ride bracelets are $50 over and above the gate admission.
The RCMP Musical Ride performances will take place outside in the West Ring, weather permitting.
The RCMP website advises that: "Where possible, the stables are open to the public from 9 am to 9 pm daily at each tour stop. We encourage you to visit the Musical Ride members and horses before and after the performances. There, riders can answer any questions and introduce their horses."
