143 new COVID-19 cases reported today

There are 143 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on Feb. 15, 2021. 

Due to the Family Day holiday, more information regarding cases, including the provincial dashboard, is not available today. Case detail for today will be included in tomorrow's update.

There were 164 COVID-19 vaccine doses administered yesterday in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 49,809. With this, 107 per cent of the doses received have been administered to date. This overage is due to efficiencies in drawing extra doses from vials of vaccine received.

The 164 doses were administered in the following zones: North Central (153) and Far North Central (11).

There are one hundred and eighty-three people in hospital. There are 161 people receiving inpatient care and 22 people in intensive care. Yesterday there was 164 people in inpatient care with 19 people receiving intensive care.

There were 2,254 COVID-19 tests processed in Saskatchewan on Feb. 14. To date, 545,840 COVID-19 tests have been processed.
