Kenny JOUTHE turned himself into the Provincial Court of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on October 6, 2021 without incident. His next court appearance is on November 16, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Police are still seeking:

•    Billy GLENOLD-FLEURY (DOB: August 9, 1989), 
•    Mali JEAN (DOB: April 18, 1988), 
•    Bechir BEN SALAH (DOB: April 9, 1989) 

who are wanted on Canada-wide warrants and each charged with:

•    Trafficking Persons, section 279.01(1) of the Criminal Code
•    Material Benefit from Trafficking in Persons, section 279.02(1) of the Criminal Code
•    Withholding or Destroying Identity Documents, 279.03(1) of the Criminal Code
•    and charges relating to Participating in the Activities of a Criminal Organization, section 467.11(1) of the Criminal Code 

These individuals all have ties to the provinces of Saskatchewan, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. Photographs of them are attached.
