Kyle Schneider (Real Estate Tailored) and Leslie Bridge (Broker at EXIT Realty) are joining forces—and we’re on the hunt for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Assistant/Admin to help us take our businesses to the next level!

🔍 About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with two high-performing Realtors who are expanding their brands and client reach across Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma Region. You’ll play a key role in helping both of us with:

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Designing marketing materials (listing brochures, postcards, newsletters, etc.)

Managing CRM and email marketing systems

Coordinating listing marketing (photography, staging, signage, etc.)

Organizing client appreciation events and promotional campaigns

Providing administrative support (appointment scheduling, file organization, MLS input, etc.)

Assisting with client communication and lead follow-up

• Bringing your creativity and new ideas!

✅ Who You Are:
Creative and confident with social media platforms and Canva

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Comfortable with basic real estate processes (or willing to learn quickly!)

Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Capcut, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Canva

A team player with great communication skills and a can-do attitude

Marketing, communications, or admin experience is a big bonus!
