Join our team at Reyco Marine! We are currently looking to fill a position for: Full Time Counter Person.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide expert advise on parts for both boats & small engines.
Inventory Management: Receive, check in and put away new parts, conduct stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
Ordering & Receiving: Place orders for parts, match incoming shipments with packing list and not any discrepancies.
Sales & Transactions: Process customer orders and perform cashier duties.
Technical Support: Use parts manuals, catalogs and computer systems to research and identify the correct parts and components for various marine & small engine applications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with marine & small engines parts and equipment will be considered an asset
- Ability to use computer systems for part lookup, inventory management and order processing
- Strong ability to manage inventory, fulfill orders and maintain accurate records
- Experience in marine & small engine parts, sales or service is often preferred, as is knowledge of boating
