Skills and experience
• 2-3 years Experience in operating CNC Mills and Lathes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret drawings
• Great communication skills
• Mechanical mind-set, able to spot when a machine needs maintenance
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints
• Experience programming a CNC machine an asset
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal
• Strong Quality control and an eye for detail
• Health and safety awareness
• Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
