The annual crop/commodity extravaganza in Saskatoon has been cancelled for 2021.

Organizers of CropSphere decided to cancel next year’s show due to uncertainties around COVID-19.

“The health of our attendees, sponsors, and speakers is our top priority and we want to do our part to ensure everyone remains safe,” states a press release.

The annual meetings of various commodity associations, usually held during CropSphere will still go on, but will be virtual on Jan.12.

That day will also involve virtual presentations from market analysts on canola, wheat, barley, flax, oats and pulses.

Details on how to register will be made available in November.
